Each jewellery created by Valmand is made to order, therefore we cannot offer a refund on a piece unless it is found to be faulty. In certain circumstances we may be able to offer an exchange for another piece.
Upon receipt of items, the Paypal account, credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply). We will process your refund within 2-14 days of receipt. Your credit card company may take 1-7 working days to credit your account.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SALE (TCGV)
Article 1 - PURPOSE

Article 2 - DEFINITIONS

Article 3 - CONTRACT DOCUMENTS

Article 5 - EXTENSION OF SELLER OBLIGATIONS

Article 10 - RISKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF DELIVERY
The Seller undertakes to dispatch the Goods and Services in a door-to-door system to the Buyer, the estimated delivery date will be provided once a sales consultant will process your order, which can be consulted in the personal account created by the Buyer on the previously mentioned site. Article 11 - ACCEPTANCE

Article 12 - GUARANTEES
Gold products will be sold with their own warranty and gold alloy title of 585 ‰ or 750 ‰. Article 13 - PROPERTY TRANSFER
Property on the Goods and Services will be transferred at the time of delivery to the Buyer at the location indicated in the Order (by delivery - receipt of the receipt of the transport document provided by the courier or the signature on the tax invoice for deliveries made at the Seller's premises). In the case of delivery by courier, it is not authorized by the Seller to allow the Buyer to open parcels before signing the delivery, but only after signing the delivery and payment of their possible counter value. Article 14 - RESPECT OF LAWS AND STANDARDS

Article 15 - RESPONSIBILITY

Article 16 - BREAKING - TERMINATION

Article 17 - MAJOR STRENGTH
Neither party shall be liable for non-performance of its contractual obligations if such non-execution is due to a force majeure event. Force majeure is the unpredictable event beyond the control of the parties and can not be avoided.
ARTICLE 18 - APPLICABLE LAW - JURISDICTION
This contract is subject to UK law. Any litigation arising out of the performance and performance of this agreement will be settled amicably, and if no agreement is reached in this way, the competent courts of the Seller's premises will be seized.
Article 19 - MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

The terms and conditions of this agreement supersede any prior written or verbal agreements between the Parties regarding the subject of this Agreement and may not be altered or changed except by written agreement signed by both parties. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the client fully assumes these risks.
